STANCE offers a range of workshops for your team, club or workplace. Workshops can be delivered to suit your time frame - from 1 hour through to 6 week courses and weekend intensives. STANCE recommends 3 x 75 mins run over 3 weeks.

Getting to Know Your Trainer

Phoebe has worked as a Psychologist for over 15 years. Her knowledge, clinical skills and enthusiastic approach allows her to deliver a range of evidence-based performance psychological strategies in a powerful way.

Phoebe is an AHPRA Registered Psychologist and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. and the Association of Contextual Behavioral Science. She is keen to share her knowledge and experience with sporting clubs, communities and workplaces.

Phoebe wants her clients to understand the science behind human behaviour and delivers this in a clear and helpful manner. She uses psychological flexibility, mindfulness and a range of other effective strategies and drills to ensure clients reach their potential, and enjoy each day, along the way.

As a Trained Mindfulness Sport Performance Enhancement Instructor, she is genuinely keen to make sure each participant gets the most out of their sport and every day life, from professional athletes through to beginners.

A keen competitive Masters rower and active club volunteer, she once rowed 100 km on a rowing machine in one day, however, she is often out on the water enjoying rowing on the beautiful waterways of the Hunter. Phoebe lives, works and plays on Awabakal and Worimi country, Newcastle NSW with her family.
